Three years ago today this sweet little boy came into our lives!
We have enjoyed watching him grow and enjoy watching him learn new things.
Charles current stats as of 12/16/2011:
Weight: 28 Lbs 6 oz
Height: 37 3/4 in
We never thought we would see this little boy grow but the last few months he has gotten a little bigger and a little taller. He does not look like he could put on an extra 20 pounds. (though his little sister is catching up fast and only within inches of being taller than him.)
Charles finally decided he could talk and now he does it non stop. Unless he does not see you everyday then it takes him awhile to warm up. He does not sing as much as adahleigh but if you listen closely you can hear him singing along. He enjoys being independent and has to do everything for himself. He plays really well by himself but he also loves to play with his sisters. Him and keisha our two peas in a pod. They enjoy playing together. Him and adahleigh get along all right but playing always ends up in a wrestling match.
Charles has also graduated from nursery and is now a Sunbeam in primary. I know he is not old enough but our ward is so small we only had one other sunbeam so we opted to bump him up. He had to have his dad sit through his class with him his first week every time i left him his tears would start.
He is definitely my kid and has a very shy side to him. He is always covering his mouth and just smiles when he is asked a question.
He is a total boy wanting to play with dump trucks, digging in dirt, and having to find something that always needs fixed. He loves to get horsey rides from his dad. He is very competitive and always has to make a competition out of everything. He is always happy if he wins or loses because he knows he can always beat keisha.
He is working on his numbers and has gotten pretty good at counting. We are still working on getting colors right. There is still a few we get mixed up. But overall he is learning great and getting smarter everyday.
