Nose, Eyes, Ears......

Adahleigh has been able to point and say some of her body parts for a couple months now, but she hadn't been very cooperative when being recorded doing it till now. Apparently, the only way to get her to cooperate is half naked (so here's one more post in which she doesn't have anything but a diaper on.

Best of Friends

Charles and Adahleigh have already become the best of friends. He loves to watch her in all of her activities, and she tries to include him most of the time. They love to play together, the only problem with that is Adahleigh tries to rough house a little too much with Charles (this is how dad and Adahleigh like to play together). Charles is a good sport no matter what happens he usually doesn't end up crying, but laughs instead. We just wish she would wait another month or two before she'd play so rough with him.

Parks, Slides and Fun

Ashley has being taking Charles and Adahleigh to the park with their friends every chance they get. Since school has gotten out we been able to go as a family a couple times too. Everyone has enjoyed the time in the sun (and there hasn't been any bad sun burns yet). Adahleigh's favorite part of the park is the slides. She get up ladders and stairs, then goes down the slides on her butt all by herself.

This is the biggest and steepest slide she's been down so far and she did it all by herself. (you can see her at the top right)

Adahleigh even likes to chase after squirrels in the park (Oliver and I can relate to this from our long trips to Wyoming with the occasional stop at a park).

Charles and Ashley even enjoy getting out of the house.
